Conrad and crew were wonderful. Tree fell on our house during a storm and we needed tree removed before anything could be done. Conrad showed up the next day and both we and the insurance assessor were amazed by how quickly and cleanly the crew performed the removal of a massive gum tree. They were careful to ensure mo further damage was done. A very tricky job and the results were so much better than we hoped for.
Left the site neat and removed every bit of the tree.
We felt we were in safe hands with a very professional team.

Conrad assisted us by removing a dead gum tree on our property. Conrad was a pleasure to deal with. From coming out to give us a quote, contacting the council to organise our approval and completing the work we were really impressed by his professionalism and we felt the job was always in good hands. Conrad did an excellent job trimming our tree canopy. He had a sound knowledge of tree species, local council legislation & made us feel at ease with his professional approach. Conrad from Canopy Care Tree is honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trees.
I have a large tree at the front of my property that I was considering removing. Conrad kindly visited the site even though I wasn’t able to be there in person. He gave me a call afterward, and we discussed several options. He provided valuable insights about different tree species, as well as relevant council and fire service regulations.

Although we weren’t able to proceed with the tree removal this time, I truly appreciated his time and expertise.

We’ve used Conrad and his team twice now, and both times have been nothing short of excellent. They prioritise safety and ensure the job is done right. Their quotes were competitive—beating out the rest—and there were no hidden surprises. On top of that, they left our garden spotless, cleaning up after the work. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional arborist, I can’t recommend Conrad enough.

I first met Conrad Brooks of Canopy Care Tree Service about 8 years ago when he was working with our arborist (and his father in law) Brian Martin.

Brian and his family have been keeping our many trees safe for over twenty years.
I was thrilled to hear that Conrad was starting up his own business when Brian retired.

Conrad is not only a very pleasant young man but a wonderful arborist and a very courageous tree climber. I can’t recommend Conrad too highly!

I was talking to a neighbour recently about getting some tree work done and they highly recommended I give Conrad a call as they had been fortunate enough to have used his services and could not give him a big enough wrap.

Conrad turned up on time when estimating and also on the day the works were carried out which happened to be on the 43 degree Friday & Saturday in early February 2017.

I can honestly say that I have never seen a harder & more dedicated worker who also takes great care in his work and is above everything a really great bloke.

I would recommend Conrad to anyone looking for Arborist type of services.
