There are a few things we need to consider before we even touch your trees.

The first is the council you are in, and whether your tree is on the exemption list.

1. Choose your council below
2. If you can find your tree on the list (we've included pictures to help) then you shouldn't need council approval to have it removed.

I say shouldn't because according to council you don't need one... but we always like to double check in case they have introduced a new clause in the last few months.
